This is a wonderful tanware stoneware jug with the stenciling for 'M. C. R. - M. C. Russell - Maysville, KY". The jug measures 10" in height by 3 3/4" in diameter at the base. Overall condition is excellent - a couple of minor flakes to the glaze on the rim and minor roughness on the bottom. A very sought after piece of Kentucky stoneware.
